FAQ: Who has the permission to manage your equicty subscription/account ?

The owner of your equicty account is the first user (called "Primary User") who created the original account. The user will have ADMINISTRATOR rights. This does not mean that all administrators will have the possibility to access/manage your subscription details / account. Only the Primary Admin will be in charge.

How do you know who is the PRIMARY ADMINISTRATOR ?

1. Go to https://portal.equicty.com/  
2. Go to > Settings
3. Click tab "Users"
4. PRIMARY ADMINISTRATOR is the ADMIN user with the star icon on the left of the user name.

How to change the PRIMARY ADMINISTRATOR ?
