FAQ: How do I invoice different companies?

A license with equicty contains one company.

Do you wish to expand to more companies? Contact hello@equicty.com to request your extra account.


Before you can send an invoice you must complete your additional account.


Via Settings > My Stable> Stable details. You can complete all data & desired layout. See article FAQ: How can I add my company information in equicty?



Once your account has been created, you can then use the invoicing on both accounts.


How do you select the correct account on which you wish to invoice?


  1. Navigate to the Billing module.
  2. In the middle there is the selection box Accounts.
  3. Select the company which you want to invoice.


ATTENTION: Before you want to execute an invoice creation, it is extremely important that your account is correct! This at the moment you;


  • Want to book open costs to invoices
  • You want to create a blank invoice
