You can send an invoice to third parties in various ways.

  1. Via "send via mail"
  2. Via "send manually" (by mail or hand in person)

Navigate to the Billing module

  1. Go to the Invoices tab
  2. Click on the relevant owner in the top table
  3. Click in the bottom table on the invoice line you want to change
  4. click on
  5. Select the option "send via mail"
  6. Automatically the e-mail of the customer, subject of the e-mail and an accompanying letter is filled in!
  7. You can also edit the text or add other people in the communication
  8. Click "Send"



2. Manually

  1. Go to the Invoices tab
  2. Click on the relevant owner in the top table
  3. Click in the bottom table on the invoice line you want to change
  4. click on
  5. Select the option "send manually"
  6. The invoice will automatically open so you can print it immediately!
